Since September 2022, COBRA is coordinated by Dr Kristof Strijkers, a CNRS Research Scientist and member of the laboratoire Parole et Langage at Aix-Marseille University. Kristof Strijkers holds an MA in Theoretical and Experimental Psychology obtained at the University of Ghent (Belgium) in 2006, an MA in Cognitive Neurosciences and Language obtained at the University of Barcelona in 2007, and a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and Language at Barcelona in 2012. His research aims to better understand how complex cognitive behavior as language production and comprehension can be explained in terms of basic neurobiological properties of the brain and its neural code.
